Returns & Exchanges Policy

• You can return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange, as long as the items are in new, unused condition and in the original packaging.

• To start a return, simply contact us at krafferty@nerdhero24.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions for sending your item back.

3. Refund Process:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been completed.

4. Exchanges:

• Need a different product or replacement? No problem! Contact us to arrange an exchange, and we’ll ship the new item to you free of charge as soon as we receive the original item back.

5. Damaged or Defective Items:

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any shipping fees. Please provide photos of the damage for a quicker resolution.

6. Non-Returnable Items:

• Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
